Registration for students returning to Mount Carbon Elementary for the 2020-21 School Year

Registration for the 2020-21 will be done online beginning in late July. Through Jeffco Connect  you will be able to update all contact information, pay fees and add money to your student's lunch account. Click here for the registration checklist. Students New to Jeffco Public Schools during the 2020-21 School Year

Jeffco Public School's registration process begins online. If you are brand new to our district, you will need to create a Jeffco Connect account and provide required documentation.

  • First, create your Jeffco Connect account through the Jeffco Connect login on the district's website. Once you click on the login button you will choose "New Parent/Guardian to Jeffco Schools?". Here you will establish your parent account then begin entering student information. Hit "Submit" once you have added all student information. Detailed instructions regarding Jeffco Connect can be found on the Quick Reference Guide for Parents/Guardians of new students.
  • Once you have created your Jeffco Connect account, you will need to log in to EnrollJeffco to submit and enrollment application.
  • Finally, when your enrollment application has been accepted, you will need to provide us with the following required documents:

  • Original birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Proof of residence
  • New Student Profile form
    • Your registration will not be complete without these forms.

Students NOT new to Jeffco Public Schools but NEW to Mount Carbon during the 2020-21 School Year

You should already have a Jeffco Connect account. If your registration at Mount Carbon is due to a move into our attendance area, please log in to Jeffco Connect and change your address. You must change your own address AND the addresses of your children and any contacts whose address has changed. Each person associated with a student is listed separately in "contacts".

  • Once you update Jeffco Connect, you will need to log in to EnrollJeffco and submit an enrollment application.
  • Finally, when your enrollment has been confirmed you will need to provide us with the following required documents:
  • Original birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Proof of residence
  • New Student Profile form to help us get to know your child better
    • Your registration will not be complete without these forms.


Students Outside of Mount Carbon's Attendance Area
(Choice Enrollment)

If you live outside of Mount Carbon's attendance area and would like to Choice Enroll at Mount Carbon you must submit an application through EnrollJeffco. Access EnrollJeffco using your Jeffco Connect Username and password. If you are new to Jeffco Schools you will need to create your Jeffco Connect account before submitting your application in EnrollJeffco.


2020-21 School Supply Lists

*The district will be providing hand sanitizer in classrooms and throughout the building, however feel free to include a personal bottle of hand sanitizer with your child’s supplies.*

**Families who need assistance with school supplies, The Action Center is providing free school supplies for students who qualify. Distribution will be August 10 - 15, by appointment only, at Stevens Elementary School, 7101 W. 38th Ave., Wheat Ridge. Read more and schedule an appointment here.**
